Notary at Southwick

We will have a notary on Sunday April 5th at The Wick’s General store to notarize minor release forms from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. for $5.00 per release. Youth riders are required to have a minor release form completed and notarized. Until the forms are submitted, youth riders will not earn championship points, will not be eligible for awards, and will not be considered full members. The signature on the minor release from must be completed in the presence of a notary public.

important notice for all parents of minors

Per order of our insurance company, any minor riding any Non-AMA events at The Wick 338 must have the 2026 Minor Release signed and notarized by BOTH PARENTS!
NEW FOR 2026 – The above will be your Minor Release for both parents for the 2026 season. BUT NEW FOR 2026 - AN ADDITIONAL RELEASE MUST BE SIGNED AT EACH EVENT BY AT LEAST ONE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

If both parents are present at the track they may sign the form in the presence of a track official who will have to check IDs.

If one parent will not be able to make it to the track they must sign and have the form notarized and then the other parent can bring it with them to the track where they can sign it in front of a track official who will have to check an ID.

SOLE GUARDIANS – Print “SOLE GUARDIAN” on the lower Signature line.

This DOES NOT eliminate the need for at least one of the parents or guardians to be present at sign up for the minor and remain at the track throughout the event.

If your child will be participating in any event at The Wick 338 with another adult both parents must sign and have notarized the Guardian Form appointing a legal (over 18) guardian for the day.

Can I race as a one-day rider and if so how much does it cost?

Yes you can, the cost is only $20. per day and that includes the rental of a transponder. ($10 if you own a MyLaps transponder). You will need to leave a $300 cash deposit or a valid credit card and driver’s license for the transponder which will be returned to you when you bring back the rental unit at the end of the day.

How much does it cost to race?

It is $40 per class for the first two classes and $20 for each additional class for Youth, Novice, Amateur, Expert and Vet riders.
