Sunday, September 19th at 508 INTL has been canceled

With much thought, consideration and discussion with the 508 staff, riders and NESC we have decided to cancel the race on Sunday.

We apologize to those who had wanted to race as we had our hearts set on hosting. Regardless of the decision we make there will always be disappointment on either side of it.

We hope y’all can find the understanding to support us in our decision.

Saturday Open Practice

$50 to ride from 9:00 till 3:00, 508 INTL will take 20% ($10) OFF for NESC Member’s! Must show member card at front gate.

Gate fees

$20 for the entire Weekend, 6 & Under Non-Racers are FREE

SATURDAY (9/19):
Gates Open: 8:30 am till 9:00 pm SHARP!

Overnight Parking Check-In, 8:30pm-9:00pm
$30 overnight fee for the Weekend (that will be refunded if you sign up for the Sunday races on Saturday).
GATE CLOSE at 9pm  SHARP!
ARRIVING AFTER 9pm YOU MUST PARK IN THE 508 DRIVEWAY & STAY BEHIND THE CONE BARRIER BY THE CHECK-IN CONTAINER until we reopen at 6:30 am Sunday to check-in accordingly.
NOTE: you will be asked to leave immediately if the above is not followed.

1. Online waiver:
Everyone (all riders & spectators) must sign a new online waiver for 2026 at 508intl.Com/waivers

Additional minor waiver requirements

Must be signed by both birth parents & notarized

Minor waiver call outs
If one or both birth parents have a different last name than the minor then legal documentation would be required (i. E: a birth certificate).

Legal proof is required if there is only 1 parent  and/or guardian (i. E.: Adoption paperwork, a death certificate, sole custody paperwork, etc ).

How much does it cost to race?

It is $40 per class for the first two classes and $20 for each additional class for Youth, Novice, Amateur, Expert and Vet riders.
